We are Merle and Michael, owners and operators of Merles Bar-BQ & Catering in Victoria, TX. Barbeque is our specialty and we serve it many ways. Sandwiches, BBQ plates, and orders of meat by the pound including brisket, sausage, pulled pork and ribs are just a few of the ways you can get BBQ at Merle's. Our side dish selection includes but is not limited to potato salad, some of the best beans you will ever eat, pickles, and onions. We also serve tea, and soft drinks. We cater weddings, company picnics, anniversaries, graduations, family reunions and just about any other occasion a great barbeque dinner should be served. No event is TOO BIG or too small! .

We serve the juiciest and most tender brisket you will ever sink you teeth into. Our ribs fall of the bone, and our side dishes are second to none. We have regular sized plates that will satisfy any hungry appetite, served with 1/2 lb of meat and two sides. We also serve up a TEXAS SIZED plate with 1 lb of meat on it
Our customers get to choose 2 or 3 meats for each plate size. We don't tell you what you get on the plate, you tell us!!! You always get what you pay for and you never leave hungry.
